A forecast, not a wager.

Eligible adults may submit one forecast per event, revise it before the server-authoritative lock, and receive the same aggregate weight as every other eligible account. Cadenza may restrict cohorts, markets, events, or features while safety and evidence systems are being tested.

Participation, correctness, rank, sharing, subscribing, or referral creates no cash, property, prize, merchandise, discount, access benefit, sponsor benefit, redemption claim, tradable position, or other economic entitlement. Scores and badges are display-only.

• Do not use confidential, leaked, or inside information.
• Do not submit candidate names, rumors, harassment, or personal allegations.
• Do not manipulate accounts, cohorts, revisions, or aggregates.
• Declare a relevant organization, applicant, employment, or source conflict.
• Respect event changes, voids, corrections, and evidence review.

Server time controls the lock. The published forecast contract defines eligible outcomes and sources. Cadenza may void or rescore a forecast when the contract, evidence timing, integrity, or technical record cannot support a fair resolution. Material decisions and corrections remain in the audit history.

Any Signal pricing is displayed and billed in USD. Payment never changes locks, forecast weight, score, result treatment, evidence review, active-forecast facts, or crowd access. Paid value is limited to approved workflow, personal analysis, post-lock archives, exports, and aggregate intelligence.
