PrivacyGate Zero draft

Private picks. Public rules.

Forecasts minimizes personal data, keeps individual forecasts private by default, and excludes public applicant speculation from the launch product.

Version 1.0Updated 28 July 2026Operated by Kalinklo Ltd · Hong Kong

This is a Gate Zero product notice for review, not the final statutory privacy notice. The live notice must identify every processing purpose, data category, retention period, processor, transfer, and rights route approved for launch.

01

What the product expects to collect

  • account and eligibility identifiers;
  • forecast selections, probabilities, revisions, and timestamps;
  • watchlist and notification preferences;
  • security, integrity, consent, and audit events;
  • support, correction, and rights requests;
  • approved aggregate product analytics after consent where required.
02

Forecast privacy

Individual picks are private by default. Public aggregates appear only after commitment and the minimum cohort threshold.

Organizations cannot buy or receive person-level forecasts, identities, or private cohorts.

03

Candidate protection

Launch forecasts do not display alleged applicants, losing names, candidate odds, biographies, comments, or rumored rosters. A device-local sealed name experiment, if ever approved, sends no name, hash, or telemetry to Cadenza. Any future public roster requires separate organizer authority, direct verified adult opt-in, and written legal approval.

04

Access, correction, deletion, and objection

The final launch notice will provide the applicable rights and verification process. Credible candidate, confidentiality, doxxing, or safety objections receive immediate restriction review. Data no longer required is deleted or anonymized according to the approved retention schedule.

05

Controller and markets

Kalinklo Ltd in Hong Kong operates Forecasts and determines the core product purposes. Hong Kong is the home compliance baseline; laws in intentionally served markets may also apply. Overseas hosting does not remove the operator's security, purpose, retention, processor, and transfer responsibilities.
